The Delaware Valley Urban Area Compact is an interstate compact between New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The compact is designed to organize a comprehensive regional planning program for the Delaware Valley area and the Philadelphia Camden Trenton metropolitan area. The compact also has congressional consent.[1]

The legislature of each member state passes the laws with certain modifications, but the core of the legislation remains the same.
