Donald E. Todd is a judge for the Oswego County Court in New York. He was elected to this position on November 2, 2010, effective the following January. His current term expires in 2020.[1][2][3]

Education

Todd received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York in 1978 and his J.D. degree from the George Washington University National Law Center in 1982.[1]

Career

Todd worked became a partner of the Cieszeski, Todd and Reynolds Law Office in 1988. He continued to work there through 1995, after it became the Todd and Reynolds Law Office in 1994. From 1991 to 1995, he also worked part-time as an Assistant Oswego County District Attorney. In 1996, he became a Second Assistant District Attorney of Oswego County. He was promoted to First Assistant District Attorney in 2004 and worked in that capacity until his judicial election in 2010.[1]

2010 elections

Todd ran against appointed interim judge, David J. Roman, for a vacant seat on the Oswego County Court and won with 59 percent of the vote.[4][5]
