“ | ...shall be composed of five senators and eight members of the house of representatives. The five senate members shall be the chairperson of the standing committee on commerce of the senate, or a member of such committee appointed by the chairperson, two members of such committee appointed by the president and two members of such committee appointed by the minority leader. The eight representative members shall be the chairperson of the standing committee on economic development of the house of representatives, or a member of such committee appointed by the chairperson, four members of such committee appointed by the speaker and three members of such committee appointed by the minority leader.[3][2] | ” |
