Frank Pfiffner
Frank A. Pfiffner was a superior court judge for the Third Judicial District serving Anchorage, Alaska. He was appointed on October 29, 2009 by Republican Governor Sean Parnell.[1][2] He was retained in 2012 to a term that expired in 2018. He left office at the end of his term.
Education
Pfiffner earned his B.A. from Loras College in 1970 and his M.A. in history from the University of Iowa in 1974. He also earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1974.[3][4]
