Ballot question

The ballot question was as follows:[1]

To upgrade school safety and security systems; repair leaky roofs and windows, support programs in science, technology, English, arts, and math with 21st century infrastructure; provide essential seismic upgrades, and acquire, construct, repair sites, facilities and equipment; shall Fremont Union High School District issue $275 million in bonds at legal rates, raising an estimated $17.5 million annually until approximately 2050 at projected rates of 1.6 cents per $100 of assessed valuation, with citizens’ oversight and all funds staying local?[2]
