Gale E. Rasin
Gale E. Rasin was a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. She served as a judge from September 3, 2004 until her retirement from the court on August 10, 2012.[1]
Education
Rasin received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1973 and her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1976.[1]
