- My main goal is to keep Northfield Township Area Library a safe place for families, a place where parents do not have to be concerned about the type of material and activities that their children are exposed to.
- I also want to watch over how the library spends our money. In 2023, the township collected over $600,000 from property taxes for the NTAL. Given the seriousness of the amount collected in tax dollars, it is of utmost importance that every dollar be treated with gratitude and respect for the township's people who have sacrificed to pay for the NTAL. As a trustee, I aim to ensure that the library remains accountable to its community and that every dollar is spent responsibly and transparently.
- The millage rate for the Northfield Township Area Library in 2024 is 1.1872 mills. A home valued at $400,000 with a taxable value of $200,000 pays $237.44 per year. How much do you pay? How much is the library worth to you?
