Gordon Ackley was a 2016 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent U.S. Virgin Islands' At-Large Congressional District.[1]

On March 29, 2022, Ackley was elected to serve as chairman of the Republican Party of the Virgin Islands.[2]
