The 2016 U.S. House of Representatives election in the U.S. Virgin Islands took place on November 8, 2016. Voters elected one nonvoting delegate to serve in the U.S. House from the U.S. Virgin Islands' At-Large Congressional District.
Incumbent Stacey Plaskett (D) defeated Gordon Ackley (R write-in) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Plaskett defeated Ronald Russell in the Democratic primary on August 6, 2016.[1]
