Governor Beebe appoints four to Circuit Courts

Arkansas: Today Governor Mike Beebe appointed four judges to the Arkansas Circuit Courts. All four appointments expire on December 31, 2012, mandating that the judges run for election to the seats if they hope to continue serving. The appointees are:
- G. Chadd Mason to the Fourth Circuit Court, Division 4;
- Beth B. Burgess to the Sixth Circuit Court, Division 11;
- Jon Comstock and Mark Fryauf to the Nineteenth Circuit West, Division 2 and 3, respectively.[1]
