The Hawaii District Court Judge License Holding Minimums, Amendment 2, also known as Amendment 2, was on the ballot in Hawaii on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The amendment proposed to increase the qualifying minimum number of years that a district court judge nominee would be required to be licensed from 5 years to 10 years.[1]
