The Idaho Voting for Persons Under Guardianship Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 105, was on the November 3, 1998 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed persons under guardianship to vote, serve as a juror and hold civil office.[1]
