The Idaho Voting for Persons Under Guardianship Amendment, also known as Senate Joint Resolution 105, was on the November 3, 1998 ballot in Idaho as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed persons under guardianship to vote, serve as a juror and hold civil office.[1]

The question appeared on the ballot as:[2]

"Shall Section 3, Article VI, of the Constitution of the State of Idaho be amended to delete the prohibition of a person being under guardianship from voting, serving as a juror or holding any civil office?".[3]
