The Indiana Uniform Terms for County Officials, Question 2, also known as Question 2, was on the ballot in Indiana on November 2, 2004, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The amendment proposed that the constitution be amended: Article 6, Section 2. The amendment proposed to allow the General Assembly to establish a uniform date for the beginning of the terms of the county offices of clerk of the circuit court, auditor, recorder, treasurer, sheriff, coroner, and surveyor.[1]
