James H. Green is an associate judge on the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on February 24, 2014 and assumed office on March 20, 2014.[1][2] His current term expires in 2024.[3]

Education

Green received his undergraduate degree in political science from Dickinson College in 1989 and his J.D. from George Washington University in 1992.[2]
