James V. Menno

James V. Menno is a probate and family court associate justice for the Plymouth Probate and Family Court in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[1][2] He was nominated to the court by former Governor William Weld in 1995.[3] Menno may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]
Education
Menno received his undergraduate degree from Boston College in 1977 and his J.D. from the Boston College Law School in 1986.[3]
Career
From 1992 until he joined the Plymouth Probate and Family Court in 1995, Menno was a partner at the law firm of Bryant & Menno in Walpole, Massachusetts. He also previously practiced law as a sole practitioner.[3]
