Biography
Reyburn obtained his bachelor's degree in political science from Kutztown University. He currently works as the general manager of Moyer's Services Group.[3]

Five of the nine seats on the Parkland Board of Directors were up for general election on November 3, 2015. There was a primary election on May 19, 2015.
Incumbents Lisa Adams, Bob Bold, David Kennedy and Jef Reyburn won re-election. Carol Facchiano also joined the board. They defeated Rochell Figueroa.[1][2]
Adams, Kennedy and Facchiano won in both the Democratic and Republican primaries. Figueroa and Bold both won Democratic nominations. Reyburn won a Republican nomination. Martin Brans and David Caruth did not win a nomination from either party and did not advance to the general election. No independent candidates filed to run in the general election.[2]
