Jeff Bohm is a former judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Texas. Judge Bohm was appointed to the court on December 30, 2004.[1]

Education

Judge Bohm received an undergraduate degree from Haverford College, a graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.[2]

Career

After law school, Bohm practiced throughout Texas with the firm McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilmore, LLP for twenty years, where he focused on bankruptcy law. He has coached the moot court team for the University of Texas School of Law and for the University of Houston Law Center. He has also served as an adjunct professor. He has published in American Bankruptcy Law Journal, the Uniform Commercial Code Law Journal, and the Texas Bar Journal.[2]
