Peach ran for election to the Sixteenth Circuit Court.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on August 7, 2014, after receiving 43.1 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent Judge J. Mark Rogers.

Education
Peach received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law.[4]
Career
Peach serves as the town attorney for the Town of Smyrna in Tennessee. He also runs his own mediation practice, serving as a mediator in divorce and child custody cases. He has previously served as a staff attorney for the Town of Smyrna.[4]
