Jennifer Ascher is an associate judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. She was appointed by the court's circuit judges on December 1, 2015, and took office on January 11, 2016. She succeeded Associate Judge Steven H. Nardulli.[1]
Education
Ascher received a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1999 and a J.D. from Saint Louis School of Law in 2003.[1]
Career
Before becoming a judge, Ascher was a partner at the law firm Sorling Northrup. She worked there for 12 years.[1]
Awards and associations
Ascher has served as the president of the Central Illinois Women’s Bar Association and the Sangamon County Bar Association.[1]
