The election in Utica featured two at-large seats up for general election on November 4, 2014. Incumbents Denyeal Nesovski and Jennifer L. Prybys ran against challengers Ronald Simon Albers, Carolyn Gammicchia, Paul Romanczuk and Mary K. Thomas for the seats. Incumbent Jennifer L. Prybys and challenger Mary K. Thomas defeated the other four candidates for the seats.
