John K. Welch

John K. Welch was a judge for the Court of Common Pleas in New Castle County, Delaware.[1] He was first appointed to the court on May 1, 1998 and he retired from the court on July 1, 2020.[2]
Career
Prior to becoming a judge on the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, Welch served as an Associate Judge for the Municipal Court for the City of Wilmington, Delaware.[2]
