John R. Zitny
John R. Zitny is a judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California. He assumed office in 2015. His current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Zitny won re-election for judge of the Superior Court of Orange County in California outright in the primary on June 7, 2022, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Zitny was appointed to the bench by Governor Jerry Brown on December 24, 2014, to fill a vacancy created by the conversion of a court commissioner position to a judgeship.[1]

Zitny received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton and his J.D. from the Western State University College of Law.[1]
