Joseph M. Grady is a judge of the Sixteenth Circuit Court of Illinois.[1] He was first elected to the court in 2002.[2] He was most recently retained on November 4, 2014, for a term that expired on December 6, 2020.[3]

Grady earned a B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago, going on to receive his J.D. from Northern Illinois University in 1979.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 2002, Grady maintained a private law practice in Aurora. He also worked 26 years with the Illinois State Police and has experience as an assistant state's attorney in Kane County.[2]
