Joyce A. Kent was a 2013 candidate for the East Feliciana Parish Justice Court in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana.[1]

Kent ran for election to the East Feliciana Parish Justice Court. Primary: She was defeated in the primary on October 19, 2013, receiving 44.7 percent of the vote.[2][3]
Education
Kent earned an undergraduate degree from Southern University.[4]
Career
At the time of her candidacy, Kent worked with the East Feliciana Parish School Board as a transportation support supervisor. She also has experience as an auxillary police officer for the Town of Clinton, a reserve deputy for East Feliciana Parish, and a school bus driver instructor for the Louisiana State Department of Education.[4]
