Judith A. Locke

Judith A. Locke is a juvenile court associate justice for the Hampden Juvenile Court in Hampden County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Paul Cellucci in 1999.[2] Locke may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]
Education
Locke received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1977 and her J.D. from the New England School of Law in 1980.[2]
Career
Before she joined the Hampden Juvenile Court, Locke served as an assistant regional counsel for the Department of Social Services in Springfield, Massachusetts.[2]
