Kelly Ellis-Foster was an at-large representative on the Old Bridge Township Board of Education in New Jersey. She won her seat on the board in the general election on November 4, 2014.

While the board of education is a nonpartisan political body, Ellis-Foster ran as a Democrat for the Old Bridge Township Council in 2011.[1]

Three seats on the Old Bridge Township Board of Education were up for election on November 4, 2014. Three incumbent members, Donna Andriani, Richard J. Dunn and Frank Weber, ran for re-election. They faced challengers Kelly Ellis-Foster, George S. Gough and Ramon A. Paulino.[2]
