Kenneth E. Ryan is a former judge on the Athens County Court of Common Pleas Probate/Juvenile Division in Ohio. Ryan was appointed by Gov. Mike DeWine (R) on Oct. 8, 2020, to fill the vacancy left by Robert W. Stewart following his death a month earlier.[1] Ryan resigned on November 13, 2020.[2]
Education
Ryan received an undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a master's degree from Ohio University. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.[1]
