Robert Cooper is an associate judge for the First District Court in Baltimore city, Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since May 30, 2008 and his current term expires in 2018.[2][3]

Education

Cooper received his undergraduate degree in American literature from George Washington University in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1986.[2]
