Lincolnwood, Oak Brook & Glenwood Village Electricity Aggregation Questions, 3 (April 2011)
Three Village Electricity Aggregation Questions were on the April 5, 2011 ballot in the villages of Lincolnwood, Oak Brook and Glenwood, which are in Cook County.
These measures were approved in all three villages.[1]
All three villages asked the same question, if the village governments should arrange for the bulk buying of electricity for residents in order to obtain lower prices for residents and businesses. Those not wanting to participate could opt out of the program.[2]
