Lisa S. Ottley
Lisa S. Ottley is a judge for the 2nd Department of the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division. She assumed office on January 15, 2026. Her current term ends on December 31, 2030.
Ottley (Democratic Party) is also a judge of the New York Supreme Court 2nd Judicial District. She assumed office in 2019. Her current term ends on December 31, 2032.

Education
Ottley received her B.A. degree from the City University of New York and her J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law.[1]
Career
Ottley began her career in 1998 as an attorney of the Law Office of Anne Jaffe in New York City. She then worked as an associate court attorney to Civil Court Judge Alice Fisher Rubin from 2000 until her judicial election in 2008. Ottley became a New York City Civil Court judge in 2009.[1]
