| “ | LITTLE LAKE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSROOM EDUCATION/ STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT/TEACHER RETENTION MEASURE. To update classrooms, improve student access to instruction in science, engineering, math, arts, music, early literacy; upgrade 21st century classroom learning technology, helping retain/attract quality teachers; acquire, construct, repair facilities, sites, equipment, shall Little Lake City School District’s measure authorizing $45,000,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying 3¢/$100 assessed value ($3,100,000 annually) while bonds are outstanding, be adopted, requiring public spending disclosure, audits, oversight, all funds for local schools? | ” |
