Richardson graduated from University High School and is an employee of a private oil and natural gas producer. He is married and has two children.[1]

Incumbents Doug Lidiak, Julia Richard, and Logan Richardson were up for re-election.[2][3] They faced one challenger, Terri Pappas.[4] Lidiak and Richard were successful in winning re-election, and newcomer Pappas was elected to the remaining seat on the board.
