Orlando “Papas” López defeated Chon Lopez Jr. in the race for Place 4. M.L. Garcia defeated Mario Silva for the Place 5 seat. Challenger Victor Rosas defeated incumbent Oscar Medrano in Place 6. In Place 7, incumbent Angel Mendez defeated Joe González in the race.[1][2]
