The Maine Incorporation of Dexter P. Cooper Referendum, also known as Referendum Question, was on the September 14, 1925 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred state statute, where it was approved. The measure incorporated Dexter P. Cooper for the purpose of developing and utilizing the power of the tides in the Bay of Fundy and the waters adjacent to it.[1][2]
