The Maine State Highways Construction Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 11, was on the November 4, 1969 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have issued $21.5 million in bonds for state highway construction.[2]
