The Maine State Park Facilities Development Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 4, was on the November 3, 1981 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have issued $1.5 million for the development of state parks facilities.[2]
