Martin Moylan is a judge serving on the Twelfth District Court in Garrett County, Maryland. He was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley on May 23, 2014, to fill the seat previously held by Leonard J. Eiswert, who retired in March.[1] Moylans's current term expires at the end of 2023.
Education
Moylan earned an undergraduate degree from Loyola College. He was awarded a J.D. from the University of Baltimore, School of Law.[1]
Career
Prior to being appointed to the court, Moylan was an assistant public defender in Garrett County from 2002 to 2014. Before 2002, he served as an assistant public defender in Baltimore City.[1]
