Education
Weir received her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and her J.D. from Washburn University.[2]
Career
Before her appointment as an associate judge for the Missouri 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Weir had her own private practice, was counsel to the Raith Law Firm, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Weir was an assistant public defender for the Missouri State Public Defender's Office and a law clerk to the 16th Judicial Circuit Court before going into private practice.[2]
