Mary U. Foret was a justice of the peace on Louisiana's Lafourche Parish Justice Court. Her most recent term expired on December 31, 2014, after she decided not to run in the 2014 election. Foret had served as justice of the peace for 23 years.[1]

Foret was succeeded by her daughter-in-law, Lillie B. Foret.[1]
