Campaign website

Reigelsperger's campaign website stated the following:

Issues

Child Safety Zones: Designate all schools, parks, and trails in Fair Oaks Ranch as “Child Safety Zones. This would create large buffer zones (up to 2,000 feet) making it illegal for registered sex offenders to live in or utilize these spaces. Many cities across Texas have adopted these rules and Fair Oaks Ranch needs to get up to speed to protect our kids.

Private Property Rights: I am opposed to creating any new permit requirement or restriction on removing trees from private residential property. Property owners should retain the right to manage their own land without layers of regulation. The Unified Development Code (UDC) does contain many restrictions on tree removal for new development which I support, but we should not impose restrictions meant for developers onto individual residential property owners.

Protect Surface Water (Canyon Lake): Fair Oaks Ranch must build a coalition with other communities to safeguard and preserve our vital surface water resource. We must advocate against new developments outside of our city that could impact the health of the water we depend on.

Fiscal Conservation: Ensure responsible budget management to keep taxes low while focusing on public safety investments and projects that will responsibly prepare our city for growth.
