Michael J. LoCurto
Michael LoCurto was a Democratic member of the Buffalo Common Council in New York, representing the Delaware District from 2005 to July 31, 2015.[1] He resigned from his seat in order to take a position with the county government.[2] He passed away on December 29, 2017.[3]
