Michael S. Loy was a judge for Position 33 of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court. He assumed office in 1995. He left office in 2023.

Loy won re-election for the Position 33 judge of the Oregon 4th Judicial District Circuit Court outright in the primary on May 19, 2020, after the general election was canceled.

Education

Loy earned his B.S. from Willamette University in 1973. He earned his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law in 1976.[1]

Career

Prior to his 1995 appointment to the Multnomah County Circuit Court, Loy had worked as a district court judge, a deputy district attorney, a juvenile court referee and as a hearings officer.[1]
