Michelle S. Scott was a judge for the Small Claims Court of Center Township in Indiana.[1] She ran for re-election to the Indiana Small Claims Courts in 2014 but was defeated in the primary.[2] Scott resigned from the court on October 3, 2014.[3]

Primary: She was defeated in the Democratic primary on May 6, 2014, receiving 36.5 percent of the vote. She competed against Brenda A. Roper. [2][4]
