Michelle V. Baker is a county judge of the Brevard County Court in Florida.[1] She began serving in 2009 and was re-elected in 2014, defeating Minerva Simpson in the August 26 primary. Baker's current term expires on January 4, 2021.[2][3]

Education
Baker earned her B.S. from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she was a member of the law review and moot court, where she won Best Oral Advocate, First Place Workers Compensation and National Tax Moot Court.[4]
