Michelle V. Baker is a county judge of the Brevard County Court in Florida.[1] She began serving in 2009 and was re-elected in 2014, defeating Minerva Simpson in the August 26 primary. Baker's current term expires on January 4, 2021.[2][3]

Primary: She was elected in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 64.1 percent of the vote. She competed against Minerva Simpson.

Education

Baker earned her B.S. from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, she was a member of the law review and moot court, where she won Best Oral Advocate, First Place Workers Compensation and National Tax Moot Court.[4]
