Minerva Trujillo was a member of the Killeen Independent School District in Texas, representing Place 6. Trujillo left office on May 11, 2021.
Trujillo ran for re-election to the Killeen Independent School District to represent Place 6 in Texas. Trujillo won in the general election on May 5, 2018.
Biography
Trujillo earned a bachelor's degree from Eastern New Mexico University and a master's degree from Auburn University. In June 2009, Trujillo retired from the district after 35 years of service as an educator and administrator. She raised three children with her husband, who is deceased. As of 2015, she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Killeen.[1]

The general election on May 9, 2015, in the Killeen Independent School District featured two seats up for election. In the Place 7 race, incumbent JoAnn Purser faced challenger Lan Carter. Place 6 incumbent Minerva Trujillo ran unopposed.
Purser defeated Carter for the Place 7 seat.
