The Minnesota State Debts for Public Improvements Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 6, 1962 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure allowed the state to contract long and short term debts for public improvements upon approval of three-fifths of both houses of the legislature.
