Neil E. Axel
Neil E. Axel was a judge for the Tenth District Court in Howard County, Maryland. He served as a judge from February 4, 1997 until his retirement from the court on February 28, 2013.[1]
Education
Axel received his undergraduate degree in business administration from Syracuse University in 1971 and his J.D. from the American University, Washington College of Law in 1974.[1]
