New Hampshire Superior Court judge to retire

Concord, New Hampshire: Kathleen A. McGuire, longtime judge of the New Hampshire Superior Court announced that she plans to retire on April 2, 2010. She will, however, remain on senior status, which will enable her to return to hear cases when needed.
