Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
| Authorize issuance and sale of educational bonds in the year 1985 in the amount of sixty-four million dollars ($64,000,000.) to provide funds for capital expenditures of certain state educational institutions and certain post-secondary schools and provides for tax levy for payments of interest and principal of the bonds.[2] |
