North Dakota Board of Higher Education, Measure 2 (1988)

The North Dakota Board of Higher Education Referendum, also known as Measure 2, was on the November 8, 1988 ballot in North Dakota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have updated the language relating to the appointment of members to and the powers and duties of the state board of higher education. It also would have removed the prohibition against having more than one graduate from the same institution on the state board of higher education.[2]
